Hooray!  I got another goodie package from my Stampin' Up secret pal!  I really love the extra package of candy dots that she included.  How fun!  It was like Christmas in July!

Mondays are great!

What a great way to start a Monday!  I stepped outside to do some early morning yard work and discovered the Mr. Brown had delivered a goodie box to my door step.  Now to get him to deliver without paying for the goodies...lol!  I agonized over what to order this past week so, when my wonderful friend Julie called, I had her help me decide.  I clearly have not spent enough time in the catalog and plan to rectify that situation soon! 

Today is sadly not a stamping day.  I worked on some yard work (Mt. Mulchmore still exists in the front yard) and plan to tackle the stair well again.  I started to paint it before I realized that I had mono for the second time and recently finished my bout with mono for the third time so the downstairs REALLY needs to be finished.  Now that I am feeling better I am hoping to start entertaining again.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a stamping day after yet another doc appointment.

Accordian card with new Flower Fair Framelits

Hello and happy Friday!  I saw this card design on another website and changed it up...quite a bit actually.  LOL!

A few tips...cut the paper at 3 1/2 by 10 1/2" long and then score at 3 1/2", 7".

Pop Up dies card

Hello and happy Wednesday!  This is a fun card to create and doesn't take long to whip up.  My initial card was full size but then the flower was too "tall" to fit into the card.  I cut 2 1/4" off the height of the card so that I can cut the flower about half width above the crease of the card.

Bloom With Hope Color Wash Card

Hello to everyone!  I am back from Montana and we had a pleasant trip in spite of the circumstances.  It is a shame that larger families tend to get together at funerals and weddings.  My grandmother was a wonderful lady and will be missed.  Here is a gorgeous sunset picture that I took the night before the funeral.  It was my special hug from Jesus!

Today I got my mojo warmed up and created the card above.  It is fun and easy to create the color wash in the  background.  Just be sure to allow for drying time before stamping any images on top of the wash.
