Indescribable Gift card with Circle Card Thinlits

I have to admit, I was skeptical about the Circle Card Thinlits but they are super cool!  This card was a breeze to whip up in spite of all the punching and die cutting.  Of course, I made quite a few of them!  LOL!  I needed projects for club AND for the demonstrator meeting on Saturday.

Blendabilities Indescribable Gift card

Curvy Keepsake Box Chick

I couldn't figure out why my cute little chick looked so creepy, and then it hit me!  I should have had white larger circles and smaller black ones; I switched the colors.  LOL!  I remedied that problem when I was making my kits so my stamping friends won't have Goth chicks.  (-:

Butterfly Basics Card

Today I pulled out my stamps and got creative after CASING a card in the Occasions catalog.  I added a few layers and an embossing folder to give depth.  I hope that it gets your creative juices flowing!

Colors:  Calypso Coral, Night of Navy, Naturals White, Old Olive

Butterfly Thinlits (I got the bundle so that I saved money when I bought the stamps and dies)
White/Silver bakers string

Punch-bitty butterfly and 3/4" circle
Embossing folder-Spring flowers

****You definitely will need your paper piercing tool when you work with the butterfly thinlits because there will be lots of poking.  I did not find this die as annoying as the lacy doily die...phew!  That one was a chore but this one is much less time consuming.

Oh hello Card

Here is another card that I created over the Christmas break.  I found some card kits from past clubs and it was easy-peasy to finish them up and slide them into my card drawer.  I will have to take pictures of my drawer with all of the new dividers in them.  I was tired of sorting through cards every time I needed one!  LOL!

Saturday video Thinlits Dies

I realize that Christmas is over but this week's weather just proves that snow is still a possibility!  Phew!  I had heart failure when my daughter raced into my bedroom Friday morning and then I heard the snow plow drive by the house.  LOL!  Thankfully the accumulation was minimal.

Also, today I got a goodie box from my Gifts from the Heart pal (another demonstrator) so I am excited to share those fun projects with you next week!

From The Herd Card

Good morning!  I am getting a head start on my posting and thought that I would pop this card up on the blog.  Last year my Gifts from the Heart pal (like a secret pal group for demonstrators) gave me a huge stack of stamped items to color and this is one of the stamped images.  She also gave me some pieces of embossed cardstock so I had fun pairing colors with images.  My daughter helped me color.

Blessings Card

This card is for all of my stamping friends!  I am so very blessed to have such wonderful friends! 

This past week has been an interesting one but I am back to posting again.  Last week we lost a pet and it was sick for the entire week so I was force feeding food, water and meds in the poor little critter.  Thankfully he is out of pain and we are moving on.  If you think of it, say a prayer for my sweet daughter because she was so attached.
