Hello Ladies! Good news! We are officially ready to start home inspections, etc. on our new home on the outskirts of Ashland!! Woot! Next month will see another slow blog month while we prep for moving and the closing date of April 28th on both homes. Exciting!

Happy Day card

Life certainly is a roller coaster at times! We decided to upgrade to a newer house so we put in new flooring last week. Thursday the realtor took pics and posted the house on Friday morning. Friday night we had a showing and then three on Sunday. By Sunday night we had a contract on our house! Last night we checked out houses and found our dream home and before lunch we had negotiated and signed a contract on it! Phew! Now we wait to see if the other folks get their dream home so we can get their old home. If all goes well we will be moving to the outskirts of Ashland by the end of April. Happy dance!!! Love that new house!!!
