At Stamp Camp I demonstrated how to make this lovely ornament which was featured on the Holiday catalog. I was requested to demo it at my clubs as well. (-: It is very simple and there are even videos posted on youtube if you are a visual person.
Here are my directions:

Ornament Keepsakes set
Instructions:
1.
Use 2 sheets of Vanilla CS (cut into strips) to
stamp all 40 ornaments. Stamp one ornament in Olive and the other in
Cobbler. Cut out with the framelits.
2.
Use the Simply Scored tool to score down the
middle of each ornament and fold. Save five of each ornament to use for the
back.
3.
Use liquid glue to adhere the larger Olive
ornaments together in groups of threes.
Just glue one half of the ornament to the next.
4.
Mount each of the 3D ornaments to one of the
remaining flat ornaments.
5.
Glue the Cobbler ornaments together in the same
fashion. Mount them on the remaining
flat ornaments.
6.
Punch a circle in Olive. Use hot glue to cover it and start mounting
the large ornaments around the perimeter by the “stems”.
7.
Cut tulle in pieces of 3 scallops. Scrunch each piece and glue between the
ornaments. Use your bone folder to press
down while glue dries.
8.
Glue down the Cherry ornaments over the tulle
sections.
9.
Cut 5 pieces of linen thread 12” long. Knot the ends and form two loops out of each
thread. Glue between the Cherry
ornaments. (I did not have thread so I skipped this part.)
10.
Use a glue dot to adhere a large pearl to a
vintage facet button.
11.
Make a rosette with the DSP and adhere in the
center of the ornament. Adhere the
button in the center of the ornament.
12.
Punch a hole in the top of one Olive ornament
and string Vanilla ribbon through the hole to use to hang the ornament.
13.
Mist the ornament with shimmer paint.
