Treat punch art card

I am not a Halloween fan but this is a fun card that I made for a swap.  If I have already posted it please forgive me.  (-:

I later mounted the Tangerine Tango cs onto a white base.  The So Saffron ribbon and the candy dot (black) add texture to the card as does the layering of shapes (Big Shot XL oval accents and Apothecary Accents) with embossing folders (chevron and polka dots).  I used the pennant punch to make the candy corn.
