Thinking of You Card in Misty Moonlight

My son is back at college so I needed a card to send.  I try to mail a card every week to let him know that I am thinking of him.  This one was super easy and fun.

Quick graduation card

It is the season for graduations and I needed four quick cards for guys and gals.  I embossed the white with the Mosaic 3D embossing folder.  A quick punch with the Story Label punch in black CS and then I stamped the sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings.  Lots of dimensionals complete the look after attaching gold edged ribbon.

Happy Birthday to You Sale-a-bration card

Happy Birthday Card

Stamps:  Happy Birthday To You (free SAB stamp set)

Colors:  Calypso Coral, Wisper White, Petal Pink, Momento Black

Supplies:  Big Shot, Mosaic 3D folder, Calypso bakers string, alcohol markers (Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Balmy Blue), glue dots, dimensionals, snail adhesive

Directions: 

·       Emboss the Petal CS with the Mosaic folder.  Use the silicone pad, a cutting pad and no tabs on the platform.

·       Stamp the cake in black ink.  Stamp the sentiment in Coral ink.  Color BEFORE adhering to the layers.

·       Use snail adhesive to attach the embossed pink CS to the card base. 

·       Adhere the cake CS to the larger layer with snail adheisive; use dimensionals to attach both to the card front.

·       Attach the string (in a bow) to the front of the cake; use glue dots.
