Dino Days Club Card

I splurged on a light box but have been playing with it for the best results.  So far I need help!  I think that it would be good to go watch YouTube videos!  LOL!  This was a super cute idea based on a card by Stampin Pretty here.  I purposefully pulled out my retiring In Colors to make this card.

Stamps:
Dino Days (retiring)

Colors:  Pineapple Punch, Call Me Clover, Grapefruit Grove, Soft Suede (tree trunk)

Supplies:  Big Shot, Rectangle Stitched dies (for the white background), Dino dies (to cut out the dinos), Painted Labels dies (to cut out the sentiment), Call Me Clover ribbon, dimensionals

This one was easy!

1. Stamp the dinos and cut out with dies.
2. Stamp the sentiment and cut out with the die.
3. Cut out the white rectangle and stamp the palm tree.
4. Stamp the circles on the Grapefruit CS.
5. Assemble layers!

Stamps:  Dino Days

Colors:  Basic Gray, Pineapple Punch, Gray Granite, and Whisper White

Supplies:  Big Shot, Mosaic 3D embossing folder, adhesive, dimensionals, Dino Dies (bundle and save 10%)

Instructions:

·      Using Basic Gray ink stamp the dinosaur on white scrap paper.  Using Pineapple ink stamp the spine on white scrap paper.  Cut out with the Dino dies.

·      Emboss the Pineapple CS with the 3D Mosaic folder.  Use one embossing plate, no tabs on the platform and the silicone plate.  Adhere with Snail adhesive to the white card base.

·      Stamp the sentiment on the Gray Granite CS using Basic Gray ink.  Use the triangles die several times on that Gray strip. Mount with dimensionals.

·      Attach the spine to the dino and then mount with dimensionals.

Stamps:  The Gang’s All Mere

Colors:  Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple, Call Me Clover, Lovely Lipstick

Supplies:  Big Shot, Stitched shapes dies, ribbon, glue dots, snail adhesive, sponges, post it notes, Blends, Momento Black, dimensionals, small circle punch, Designer Series paper In Color Paper Pack

Instructions:

·       Cut out the square at the top of the white card front.  Stamp the sentiment in Lovely Lipstick and the reptiles in Momento Black ink.  Color the reptiles.

·       Cut out a post it note with a small circle punch. Sponge the entire square LIGHTLY with the yellow ink.   Lay the post it circle on the die cut square.  Sponge heavier in the yellow, then orange and then pink.  Get heavier with color the farther down you sponge.

·       Adhere the DSP on top of the card front.  Layer on the Grapefruit CS.  With dimensionals attach the large white rectangle.  Do not use dimensionals to adhere the sponged square to the inside of the window.

·       Stamp the meers in Black ink and color with blends.  Cut out and use dimensionals to attach in window.

Stamps:  Country Home

Colors:  Whisper White, Pineapple Punch, Blackberry Bliss, and Silver

Supplies:  Galvanized metal sheets, Big Shot, Country Lane Designer Series Paper, Tin Tile Dynamic Folder, dimensionals, snail adhesive, ribbon, black Momento ink, Blendabilities pens (Daffodil, blackberry, Pool Party)

Directions:

·       Stamp the pitcher and flowers in Momento ink onto the white cardstock.

·       Color with the Blendabilities pens.

·       Rough up the edges of the Pineapple CS with your paper snips.

·       Run the silver strip through the Big Shot with the Tile folder (use one cutting pad only)

·       Stamp the “hello” sentiment in Blackberry ink on the DSP scrap.

·       Adhere the large DSP onto the card and then adhere the silver strip.

·       Adhere the pitcher onto the Pineapple CS and wrap in ribbon.  Mount with dimensionals.

·       Adhere the “hello” sentiment.
