This card is from my card swap. I haven't been stamping much as of late because the plantar fascitis flared up and it hurts to go upstairs. I sound like an old lady with aches and pains now! I am in physical therapy now so hopefully that will help soon. Next week I will be playing with my Valentine's stamps, regardless of sore arches. LOL!
Beautiful card. Sorry you plantar fascitis flared up. I have lived with that and did exercises. I also roll my foot with lacross balls. They are harder than tennis balls and really help. A fried uses glass bottle that he froze and he rolled his foot on that. Hope you feel better soon.
