Under the Weather Cards

I had so much fun whipping these cards out with the instructions given.  I adore the striped envelopes!  So many ladies online had fun using the stripes as background paper for additional cards but I just pulled out a paper stack instead.  This was my therapy when my co-workers annoyed me!  LOL! I am trying not to go nuts with all of the constructive advice coming my way.  Time to meditate or make cards!  (-:

Happy quarantine!

February 2020 I'll Bee Yours Cards

I love the Paper Pumpkin boxes!  How cool is it to walk out to the mailbox and find a happy box waiting for you amidst the bills and junk mail.  This project was intended to be smaller Valentines so I mounted the envelopes onto card fronts.  I changed the sentiment to "Let's Bee Friends".  I want to be able to mail these cards year round...because I missed Valentine's Day.   I just don't use many V Day cards, to be truthful.  The stamp set was a great one and super cute.

Day By Day Paper Pumpkin kit

Day By Day November 2018 kit...yes, I am shamed!  I just now pulled this kit out to assemble.  In my defense I am not big on 3D projects because I don't like clutter (dusting required).  LOL!  I mulled it over and decided to make cards.

My kit came with all of these goodies plus stampin spots of ink.  My daughter loves to stack the spots in a triangle in my cabinet.  Not sure why but it gives her great satisfaction!  LOL!

I added an embossing folder to the mix for texture on the background.  I did have to provide the white card base and the colored layer under the month.  When I give the cards I plan to circle their birth date.  It will be the wrong year but the card is so cute that I am hoping most folks will ignore the year.

This card showcases the enclosed ribbon and tags.  I ran out of the Pool Party ribbon later and switched to the ribbon I had on hand.  I hope that you are inspired!

Grown with Kindness (Paper Pumpkin) Reboot

Hello and happy sunny day here in Missouri!  I am prepping this post on a very sunny Tuesday and I love love love to see the sunshine!  I have been clearing up the mess on my desk and finishing up projects.  I also had a stack of tests/quizzes to grade for both of my students.  My treat, after finishing up school paperwork, was to stamp up the rest of the Grown With Kindness Paper Pumpkin kit.  I hope that you enjoy!  I watched quite a few YouTube videos for my inspiration.  Some of the cards are mine and some are from the videos.

Check out my original post from last week to see the cards that were recommended.

Paper Pumpkin Grown With Kindness

I love it when I get little boxes of happiness in my mailbox!  Usually there is a plethora of junk mail and bills.  My kids tease me as I go dancing through the house with my new box.  I have a strict DO NOT OPEN until ready to stamp policy.  One of my children will not let me use the cute little ink squares (hence you will not see the Fresh Fig ink in square in any pictures today); she has fun creating a stack of the little squares in my stamping cupboard.  The next time I post I will try to take a picture of my stack.  She is a hoot!

Enjoy and click here if you want to check out the fun!

Happy Stamping!
Stef

Each box has one stamp set and ink pad.  It also has all of the supplies (ribbon, embellishments, adhesive) as well as pre-cut paper supplies for your projects!

All of the goodies inside of the box, except the ink square, of course!
