You Move Me Club project

This card pic is not that great and I will try to update it later.  I love the You Move Me bundle because it creates a 3D project with animation.  As you pull the tab the butterfly looks like it is flying!  Very cool!

I am working on all of my club projects as well as quizzing kids for homeschool.  AND...we are heading to town at some point to go get pics at the park for Christmas cards.  Busy, busy, busy!

Happy stamping!

Hello to you all!  This card was a new fold to me and I found my inspiration here.

Happy stamping!
Stef

Sandcastle card (summer punch art)

I can't take the credit for this card...I CASED it off of Dawn O's site.  (-:  This is the card I will be sending in my monthly demo swap.  Below I have a little tutorial in case you fall in love with the card like I did!  Dawn used the spiral punch (retired) on her sandcastle but I sold my punch AND could only use current merchandise in the swap.

Lightly adhere scallop circles to a scrap of paper to help with punching.

Off center the punch again to give the sun its fun shape.

Remove the sun from the scrap of paper.

Slip the Sahara Sand strip down the top and pull out most of it through design.  This will enable you to punch only the top.

Dimensions of the punches and shapes.

Stamps:  Bring on the Cake

Colors:  Daffodil Delight, Sahara Sand (of course!), Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Bashful Blue (base), and Marina Mist (of course for the water!)

Punches: Scallop circle, 1 3/8" circle, Word Window, Tag

Goodies:  Sponges, Color Spritzer, Snail

Happy stamping!

The Open Seas 3x3 card

Hello again!  When I was creating the cards for my honey I realized that one of my layers was the perfect size for 3x3 cards so I tweaked the card a bit and voila!  These were very easy to make and the string adds a bit of texture to the card.  Don't forget...every page or card should have color, layers, and texture.

For ingredients see yesterday's blog post.

Happy stamping!

The Open Seas Masculine Card

My hubby requested some cards over the weekend and here is what I did.  (-:  I am so glad that SU decided to keep this stamp set around because it does make lovely cards that are super easy!

For my color combo I used the Color Coach.  I did purchase an addition of the new In Colors so that I would have them.  I don't know what I would do without that Color Coach!

Check back tomorrow to see how I changed this card around to make my 3x3 thank you notes for ordering $50 or more!
